One Ocean is a private community on the majestic Kohala Coast in Hawaii. We partnered with the developer to craft a new interpretation of Hawaiian luxury.

Our goal was to embrace & elevate the indoor-outdoor Hawaiian lifestyle through the use of neutral earth tones & natural materials.
